FASHION PRODUCTION AND QUALITY CONTROL COORDINATOR: The Fashion Production and Quality Control Coordinator is a part-time, on-site role based in Lagos State, Nigeria. This position oversees day-to-day production activities, including coordinating workflow between design, cutting, sewing, and finishing teams to ensure timely delivery of garments. The coordinator monitors quality standards at each stage of production, inspects samples and finished products, and documents any issues for corrective action. The role also involves maintaining production records, tracking materials and inventory, and aligning schedules with collection deadlines. Collaboration with designers, pattern makers, and tailors is essential to uphold brand quality, fit, and aesthetic consistency. Qualifications: Experience in fashion production coordination, including scheduling, workflow management, and basic inventory tracking. Strong quality control skills, with the ability to inspect garments, identify defects, and implement corrective measures. Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and finishing techniques commonly used in fashion manufacturing. Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple production tasks and deadlines. Clear communication skills to collaborate with designers, tailors, suppliers, and other team members. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining consistent brand standards and fit specifications. Comfort working on-site in a workshop or studio environment, with a hands-on approach to production activities. Previous experience in fashion, garment manufacturing, or related fields is an advantage; relevant vocational training or a degree in fashion, textiles, or production management is beneficial. Salary is highly competitive, and will be determined based on relevant experience, production knowledge and existing industry relationships. Approved transport and production-related expenses will be reimbursed separately.
